Dear friends, happy to invite you to the monthly milonga at Fishka, long and full of surprises again, from 4 pm to 10 pm. LIVE performance and ALTERNATIVE music into the night.

 

3:30 pm – 4 pm Beginners' class by E.Goubine

 

4 pm – 8 pm Milonga as we know it at Fishka, with the best tango pieces and some non-tango elements

 

8 pm – 8:30 pm Live tango music performance! Ronen Nissan (Vienna) - guitar.

Ronen Nissan - conductor, arranger and guitarist, living in Vienna. Led orchestras in Europe, Turkey, Argentina etc. As guest conductor Mr. Nissan works regularly in Argentina with orchestras in Santa Fe, Rosario, Parana and most recently with the Bahia Blanca Symphony Orchestra whom he led at a gala concert marking 100 years Jubilee of the Jewish community in that city. 

 

In 2010 performed with a singer Zuli Goldferb and Ashdod orchestra with Yiddish tango pieces.

 

In 2011 led the Israel Kibbutz Orchestra with Piazzola pieces at the international guitar festival. 

 

In the last few years he is more and more engaged in Argentine tango projects. As a guitar player he performed with Tanghetto and Otros Aires. Since last year, he has been also leading a tango ensemble in Vienna.

 

At Fishka, Ronen will perform tango classics on the guitar: Romance del Barrio, El Dia Que Me Quieras, Melodia del Arrabal etc.

8:30 pm – 10 pm Milonga continues! Alternative tango music – only Non-Tango and Nuevo under the candles light. Be warned: some absolutely hooligan and challenging pieces are being prepared for you.

 

Entry 45 nis, including home-made Sangria wine, babysitter services, hot and cold beverages, a tango lesson and high spirits.
