Leonid was born in Kiev, in 1970. He made aliya at the beginning of 1990. Holds BA in Economics and MBA degrees from  Hebrew University in Jerusalem and MA degree in Human Resources Management Tel Aviv University.

 

In the 90’s Leonid worked as financial director in Karev program for Educational Involvement and in Charles Bronfman Foundation. From the late 90’s till mid 2000’ Leonid has served as Head of AJJDC offices in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

 

A few years ago, after retirement from AJJDC, Leonid started his own consulting and business development company in the field of water and traffic infrastructure, general financial consulting and data analysis.

 

Besides his work, Leonid is fond of cinema, music, literature and trivia games.

 

Leonid joined Fishka in April, 2012 as CFO.
