Kostja was born in Ukraine, and has been living in Israel since 1995. For the last 10 years Kostya lives in Tel Aviv. In 2005 he graduated from the Film and Television Department of Tel Aviv

University. After graduation, Kostya has worked as an executive producer at a production company and for the last few years has been a manager of Russian content at “Hot Telecom”. In 2013 got MFA degree in cinema directing
